Uninstalling the G Hub software fixes the issue and this is why I know it's related to it. Things like Skype ends up going from whatever size I've resized the window to, to near fullscreen and this applies to a lot of other things as well. I also end up with a very low resolution and default login picture for Windows and this is when I know the computer has rebooted and reset the various weird stuff. It doesn't happen every time I turn off the display, but maybe two out of three times. The reboots only happens if I turn off my display (which I do if I leave my computer for a bit) into which the Logitech dongle is attached, as my computer is on the floor. I'm not quite sure how to explain things, but I've had window sizes of various, unrelated software resize itself or forget certain settings after the system glitches and reboots.
